The CIA Landscaping Project is one of Green8scape’s featured works under our professional Cebu Landscaping Services, showcasing our capability to design, supply, install, and develop tropical landscapes for large commercial and institutional properties.
This project focused on beautification of school outdoor environment around the pool area, open lawn, walkways, and surrounding garden spaces. The design direction was to create a clean, relaxing, and resort-inspired landscape that would match the modern architectural style of the property while providing a refreshing tropical atmosphere.
One of the biggest challenges of this project was the planting and installation of 10–12 meter coconut trees. Handling trees of this size requires proper planning, manpower coordination, equipment support, and careful site execution. Each coconut tree had to be transported, positioned, planted, and stabilized properly to ensure safety and long-term growth.
The installation process included careful preparation of planting areas, proper soil backfilling, alignment of trees, and the use of temporary bracing supports to help the trees remain stable during their establishment period. Because of the height and weight of the coconut trees, proper spacing, balance, and safety procedures were very important throughout the work.
Aside from the tall coconut trees, the project also included tropical plant arrangements, lawn preparation, ornamental planting, garden edging, and landscape improvement around the poolside and open areas. The combination of palms, shrubs, ground covers, and flowering plants helped soften the hardscape and created a more natural, welcoming outdoor environment.
The finished landscape gives CIA a fresh tropical character, making the outdoor spaces more attractive, comfortable, and suitable for relaxation, recreation, and guest experience. With the pool area, lawn, palms, and modern building as the backdrop, the project reflects the value of well-planned landscaping in enhancing both beauty and functionality.
