The rates below are preliminary budgetary estimates for project planning. Final pricing will depend on the actual landscaped area, plant varieties, plant sizes, planting density, site condition, access, soil condition, irrigation requirements and selected landscape features.

The rates are generally based on the actual planted or landscaped area. They do not automatically include buildings, swimming pools, driveways, large hardscape areas or other non-landscape portions of the property.

Projects below 50 square metres shall normally be quoted on a lump-sum basis because of minimum mobilization, manpower, transportation and material requirements.

RESIDENTIAL LANDSCAPING PACKAGES

PACKAGE 1: BASIC LAWN AND SOFTSCAPE

Estimated budgetary cost: ₱1,500–₱2,500 per sqm

This package is suitable for clients who require a simple, clean and low-maintenance garden.

Plant Size and Density

The estimated rate assumes a greater planting density and generally larger plant materials than the basic, standard and premium packages.

The final cost will depend on:

3. Bag, pot or root-ball size.
4. Planting distance.
5. Required planting density.
6. Availability from local nurseries.
7. Delivery distance.
8. Handling requirements.
9. Site accessibility.
10. Seasonal availability.
11. Required establishment period.

Large, rare, imported or limited-availability plants shall be priced separately.

Trees and Palms

The package may include selected small or medium-sized trees and palms within the approved budget.

The following shall normally be quoted individually:

Establishment and Maintenance

Luxury landscaping requires consistent maintenance to preserve its intended appearance.

Recommended establishment activities include:

1. Regular watering.
2. Monitoring of soil moisture.
3. Weed removal.
4. Pruning and shaping.
5. Fertilizer application.
6. Pest and disease monitoring.
7. Cleaning of planting beds.
8. Replacement or adjustment of stakes.
9. Inspection of drainage.
10. Inspection and adjustment of irrigation.
11. Replacement of plants when covered by the contract.
12. Replenishment of mulch where required.

The establishment and maintenance period shall be stated in the formal proposal. Maintenance after the agreed turnover or establishment period shall require a separate maintenance contract.

Important Package 4 Notes

1. The ₱8,000–₱15,000 per sqm rate is a preliminary planning estimate.
2. It is based on the actual planted or landscaped area, not the total property area.
3. Large hardscape, swimming pools and buildings are measured separately.
4. Final pricing requires an approved planting plan or detailed bill of quantities.
5. Plant substitutions may be required depending on nursery availability.
6. Large trees and specimen palms are normally quoted per unit.
7. Irrigation, lighting and water features are included only when specifically stated.
8. Rates are exclusive of 12% VAT.
9. Provincial transportation and mobilization may be charged separately.
10. Projects below 50 sqm shall normally be quoted on a lump-sum basis.
11. The final rate may exceed the stated range when the design requires rare plants, large mature trees, imported materials or difficult installation conditions.
