This project focused on improving the visual appeal of the clubhouse frontage and surrounding outdoor areas. The goal was to create a welcoming tropical landscape that complements the modern architecture of the clubhouse while enhancing the arrival experience for guests, residents, and visitors.
The landscape design included lawn installation, ornamental planting, palm accents, shrubs, ground covers, and organized garden beds around the entrance and driveway area. The softscape was arranged to highlight the clubhouse façade, walkways, stairs, and sloped garden areas, giving the property a clean and refreshing outdoor appearance.
A combination of tropical plants, palms, and low-maintenance ornamental shrubs was used to soften the concrete surroundings and add natural texture to the property. The planting layout was designed to create balance, greenery, and a resort-inspired atmosphere suitable for a clubhouse setting.
The project also included landscape lighting provisions and garden accent areas to improve the overall outdoor experience. These features help enhance visibility, highlight the plants, and support a more elegant look during evening use.
